The Department of War published its fourth tranche of declassified UAP files on July 10, 2026, continuing the rolling disclosure effort hosted at WAR.GOV/UFO under the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters (PURSUE) archive, which launched May 8. The release follows earlier drops on May 8, May 22, and June 12.

The fourth release adds 40 items, including 19 videos, of military documentation, sensor footage, and investigative material. Unlike earlier tranches that drew on multiple agencies, the July batch focuses primarily on Department of War materials, including operational encounters documented by U.S. military platforms.

The most notable additions are infrared and electro-optical videos captured during military operations, several showing objects that remained unidentified after initial review. One widely discussed clip shows a six-pointed, star-like object tracked over the Yellow Sea by U.S. Indo-Pacific Command; other files describe orb-like and jellyfish-shaped phenomena.

As throughout the PURSUE archive, the emphasis is on firsthand military observation, sensor data, and historical records. The files offer insight into how U.S. defense organizations document and evaluate unknown objects encountered during routine operations, drawing on infrared systems, surveillance platforms, and intelligence review.
